Can I be confident that the shipping container can withstand shipping?

Our unique, highly engineered container provides the strength and security necessary for safe transportation. We worked with FedEx to maximize its durability under all conditions while incorporating easy-to-assemble convenience features. Once you fill and seal the container with the locking tabs, it cannot be opened until it arrives at our destruction facility. The integrated tear-proof security liner provides an additional level of protection for the documents within.

Will I know when my container arrives at your facility?

FedEx tracking begins the minute your containers is picked up and scanned. Upon arrival at our secured document destruction facility, the container shipping label is scanned and photographed. Every part of the Maxxafe container is recycled. Following shredding, the paper is compressed into 1200 lb. bales which are then shipped by the truckload to paper mills and converted into post-consumer paper products.

Do I need to fill out paperwork when I ship?

No need. You will already have your shipping receipt with tracking numbers when you pay for shipping and shredding online. You can track the containers online by by logging into your account and we will notify you by e-mail when they arrive at our secure shredding facility.
